Let me be your guide through a photographic celebration of your one beautiful body.
Discover the power of saying yes to your body right now.
So much of what we’re told about our bodies is based in fear and shame.
We’re taught to hide this, flatten that, and fix this and this and this and this….
We’re told that this should be bigger, but that should be smaller, and this should be firmer, and that should be higher, and these should be rounder, but that should be tighter, and that everything should look younger than it is. No body is immune to the constant barrage of “shoulds” coming from every direction.
And whether we intellectually believe it or not, it’s almost impossible for little bits and pieces of this negative body talk to seep in. Maybe we start to see our bodies as things to be controlled or kept in check. Maybe we discount our beauty because our bodies don’t match how we’re told we should want them to look. Maybe we appreciate our bodies for their functionality, but see their form as somehow lacking. Or maybe we just feel disconnected from the power and beauty of our physical form.
What if i told you your body is perfect exactly as it is right now? What if every curve, every angle, every line, and every freckle was exactly right just as it is? What if your body was not in need of fixing after all? What if, actually, quite the opposite was true? What if all these body “shoulds” were a bunch of BS? What if your body was worthy of celebration and adoration right now, doubt and insecurities be damned? What if you took time out to notice all the things you absolutely love about your body? What would it feel like to turn habitual criticism into habitual appreciation?
Let me show you your beauty through new eyes.
These are not glamour shots. This is not about turning you into a model for an afternoon.
This is a celebration of your body as it is right now. It’s a record of this moment of your constantly changing physical form. It’s an opportunity to see your body as something to behold with curiosity, wonder, and reverence.
it’s about saying yes to your body.
it’s about feeling beautiful from the inside out.
It’s about celebrating the way your physical form reflects your life experience.
It’s about reclaiming your body as an instrument for true pleasure — yours.
It’s about seeing the beauty and power that already exists in this particular moment of your ever-changing form.
It would be my honor to tell the visual story of you. I want to know your body story — what moves you, what story you want to tell, and what kind of images you want to create.
